Customer returns are handled based on specific criteria related to the manufacturer of the purchased product. Please see below for the return policy applied to each manufacturer or product type.

Afinia Products

Afinia Label hardware products are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of their purchase date if products are unopened in original, factory new condition. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping plus a 20% restocking fee for hardware less than $3500, and 25% for hardware over $3500 (for ink/printhead replacement, flushing and refurbishing). Some conditions apply to be eligible for a refund on some products. Please contact us for details on specific products to confirm eligibility for return.

Epson Products

Epson ColorWorks products are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date if products are unopened and in original, factory new condition. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping plus a 10% restocking fee. Additional conditions may apply to specific items to be eligible for a refund. Please contact us for details on specific products to confirm eligibility for return.

Other Hardware Manufacturers

Products from other manufacturers (not listed above) are eligible for return within 15 days of purchase if products are unopened and in original, factory new condition. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping plus a 20% restocking fee. Additional conditions may apply to specific items to be eligible for a refund. Media/Labels

Media is made to order and is not returnable. No refunds can be provided for media under any circumstance. Please be sure to request samples of your artwork prior to ordering labels to ensure it works to your desired specifications.

Limitations & Restrictions

Refunds will not be honored and do not apply for any of the above terms for any of the following conditions:

    • Custom products (labels, configurations, etc)
    • Missing items, manuals, cables
    • Label media

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
